Yep Jean.Time for the beer. You are a mess woman. They have adapted to food so well and are being so quiet. Mom dog left at 10 am today and they do not smell her any more and have calmed down.At 24 days they crap on the paper.1rst day after weaning and the are managing poops yea!I think they sense you Jean.
My wife will let you buy one if you got no kids,10 foot fence around 10 acre min, veteranarian, climate controlled bedroom, dog comes before husband attitude, etc etc etc

You guys are awesome!
Jim, I love Jean too. Her hubby ain't so bad either!
Jean, love the old school solutions to simple problems.
In the 1980's I knew a real old salty guy had a ton of desert tortoises. In every water dish he had a copper penny. I said, "why the penny"? He responded "it cures the runny noses these things get. Everybody else lets them die. I put a penny in the water dish and let them live. The desert where they come from is full of copper, a little bit is necessary for their survival".
Since then whenever I visit a home with a desert tortoise I put a pre-1983 penny in every water dish. Then I ask the owner to keep it there. It's my gift to their pet. They love thee explanation.
This is really great!

It works well on small, whiney kids as well, but that's frowned on these days. Jean

I wouldn't waste JD, or any of the other good stuff on kids - lol! Beer for them, too.
James, Lucy is doing okay, thanks for asking. Well, the injuries she sustained when she chased the cat are okay... She was on Metacam and Tramadol for about ten days for the pain. Still have half the Metacam, but the Tramadol ran out. I was supposed to take her to her regular vet in a week if she wasn't better. But since she was, I blew it off. However, once the Tramadol ran out, she was kind of "ouchy" again. So I ran her out to her vet (two days to get an appointment) for more of that, and he said to stop giving the Metacam, save it for another time. He checked her out, proclaimed her fit, took my money and sent me home with some Tramadol just in case. He had just had his floors waxed, and after the exam, she was pulling so hard to get out of there that she re-injured her ACL. Now she's holding her right hind leg up in the air again - doh! Hopefully, she'll start putting it down in another couple months, like she did the last time.
How're the pups doing without mama? Jean

Good news for Lucy .She will be using that leg soon.Pits can walk on 2 legs and smile. They do not seem bothered by anything. That's why you gotta watch em.
They are quiet, passive and content.Easy litter. They average 5 pounds. No runs, solid stools-yea.I made the first puppy pyramid last nite. They loved it.
#1 Ridgeback female in US was brought down from pennsylvannia to be bred to our white trash male Lenny.Denise will go pick him up tomorrow in your Alabama. The owners agreed to let us stud him in the sales contract.I think he is gay cause he ain't got no desire for females.
Why do Georgia trees lean toward Alabama-it sucks Alabama coffee cups have the handle on the inside of the cup.
