A safe 4th? The fools in our neighborhood have been shooting off fireworks for the last week or so. Not the "safe and sane" fireworks either. Last night I was watching TV and BOOM! the house shook and the cats bolted to a dark corner of the house. I can some what handle that. But these jerks shoot them off at one-thirty in the morning. This will last another week too. Ahh, Orange County California, where anyone can blow up anything at any time.
