I believe that the fifth one, the first in the second row, is Birdseye? Ryolite. The last one looks like Mexican Crazy Lace. The second to the last looks very similar a dendritic stone that I have, which I do not know exactly what it is. Hopely that helps a little.

Got the box today! That was FAST! I found a gorgeous, sweet wrap with a little butterfly added. Very pretty and feminine. I also found a ton of cabs. I don't know what they all are. I plan to wrap the brown one in the top of the picture because I really like it and the shape. I'll take out the pau and replace it. The red jasper and hematite is really sparkly- something I haven't seen before. It was also a good candidate for me to wrap, but I stuck with the brown one- whatever it is. So here's the pics. I should have my wrap out by Wed- I'll keep y'all posted.

I knew it! I have had that cab forever. It just needed the right wrap to make it special. It looks great. The butterfly is just perfect for it. I love it. Thank you magpie for making my cab so pretty.

Beautiful wrap and a good next choice.
Tammy, I am not very good at being straight forward but every time I see you without a nose worries me. I am afraid that if your mouth gets plugged up you will not be able to breathe. Scary thought. lol Jim

Girly is such a departure for me, I'm glad you're pleased with how I treated to stone And I finally got to use one of the butterflies I've been hoarding! (Regarding noses, I think skipping a nose is great idea, one less place for allergies to attack!)

I love all the wraps so far! I have to pull out my wire again....I always get caught up in starting a new school year, and rocks and wire get put aside. All of you are inspiring me again.

Hello there Roaming Wire friends ! As I stated I did get the box with the cabs and wrap(s) from Tela. Below are the pics of the cabs and wraps. Before you look let me explain a little difference you may notice. The wraps Tela sent me are not from the traveling cabs set. Here is the reason. Tela is a great person , that's why ! She is having difficulties with her hands ,making it a very difficult proposition to do any wrapping or cabbing at this time. She , knowing how much I was looking forward to receiving one of her wraps, felt bad for me and sent me two of her own that she had already made. How awesome is that ! As is customary she kept a couple of the travelers for herself and replaced them with a couple of her own. So if you do notice any irregularities in protocol you now know why. I just want to say thank you to Tela here for her generosity....Thank you Tela !.....Now on to the pics ! First the cabs and then the wraps Tela sent me. and then the wraps

That was very sweet!
Those are awesome wraps. I want lessons in that ornate bail. And sewing the wires back with half round. That tends to involve cursing a lot with me.
Tela-hope your wrists get better soon. Wish I had some wisdom for you. Mine bother me a lot. (Which probably means I should further dial back my pc time- take care!)

Beautiful wraps. Tela, I hope your wrists get better soon. I don't know what kind of surgery you had, but I hope you retain full use of your hands, it would be a catastrophe if your creative genious is denied an outlet for very long. Try not to go stir crazy.

Wow!! Tela, I knew you were sending Chris a wrap you'd already made but I didn't know you were sending two! AND such beautiful pieces! What a great bunch of cabs for you to choose from to wrap too Chris! Can't wait to see what you make! This roaming wire just keeps getting better and better! Krista

Cool Chris- You explained it better than I could. LOL! I'm really glad you are happy with how it worked out. I have to say that Susan24224 cabbed the red jasper and hematite pendant cab. I did a trade with her when I first got to RTH and this was one of the stones. I love the shape, very unique. Actually, everyone, it's not my wrists, it's my actual hands. The flesh part. I have blistering psoriasis on my hands (and feet) and sometimes it can get real bad- like now. I try to work, but I can't- so I putter... and go stir crazy... and work on my shops... and look at pretty rocks. LOL!

Tela, I am so glad it is not permanent damage. Only off and on. I wish you a speedy recovery so you can get back to doing what you love, and what we all enjoy seeing.

I reread this thread to see where I got mixed up. Krista was having the wrist surgery. So glad you are doing better, Krista, are you back to wrapping yet?
