I had a custom order for a ring for a gentleman (given to him by his wife, a very good customer of mine) I tried to catch the flash of the pietersite, out in the sunlight it goes beserk. But I didn't have a chance to try and snap a couple frames outside so here is what I got.;  ; another view;  ; another view;  ; last view;  ; Thanks for looking. |

Love pietersite. The African material has a darker shade that is more attractive than the Chinese version. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to go to one of the biggest jade-markets in the world next Sunday in China, in search of Pietersite from China. People can only really enjoy the splendor of this material (just like also with Fire Agate), either at hand or video. Pictures never do them justice.  |
