those are all nice tumbles but that first one is way cool! I want a full barrel of that stuff. Thanks for taking the time to post the closeup shots too.

Yep, that breccia is incredible. How far is Zapata from Michigan? The Bots are cool too.

That brecciated jasper is my favorite. That is an awesome specimen and blue ribbon tumble!!! And the pattern on that wood is very cool. And do I understand that this was root-around scrub material? You are killing me, ha.

Fractureless Red and yellow chunk breccia-there, I just named it for you Carlos. That stone is to pretty for a name. Zapatos is the way. What an agate jasper wood spot. Every known agate in existence at that place. Well done tumbles w/great polish well rounded and no cracks.

I looked for breccias heavily at Zapata Carlos. So many deceptive rocks that look like it. And then they would not be glued together well. That piece looks like it was poured with clear epoxy.
Some where up the Rio or one of it's tributaries was as ranch for pay rock hunting that had exclusive breccia in great supply. It was in an old gem trail book my wife found on ebay to keep me away rock hunting as long as possible.
If ya go to the lodge in Zapata tell Dora I said hello.

Your tumbles are always among my favorites Carlos. They are all beautiful but like most the rest of the folks, I gotta say I love that brecciated piece....Mel
