Man Chuck, you got an incredible shine on them. No flaws, and some of them had varied material inside. I am sure some were troublesome. ? You should do really well! When do they announce winners? And do they post pics of the winning entry? Good luck!

thanks for all the kind comments. There were plenty of times I hated these darn rocks and wanted to drop them in the fish tank but in the end they sure did take a heck of a shine. Mark - those are great questions and I don't have any answers. This is our first year doing it and the only date they tell you about is when to turn them in by. Hopefully someone that's been through this before can answer your questions though because I would like to know too. I can't see any reason why you wouldn't win. Those are perfectly shaped and I don't think anyone could possibly top that shine. -Don
