Most of you may have read Johns' post over in the locations portion of the forum...He detailed it pretty good....If you ever get a chance to hunt with John go do it He is a real nice guy....I have some more pics to put on here from our hunts ..WE covered most of central Wyoming in one day..LOL....So here are some more pics of the hunts..
After we met at Muddy Gap we Rolled to the Agate Flats..Had proper introductions,We started hunting...Sorry no inital Pics
Sweetwater Agate hunt
Ater a couple of hours hunting in the flats ,Lunch, Guns And Lightning we split for the Cedar Rim area to hunt for Opal..No opal
We did find some cool agates and the Cedar Rim Agate...It puts on Quite a light show under black light

Ater hunting a couple hours out here we went over to the Wind River Overlook...Very beautiful area I must say

After busting out on jade ,we decided to hit the Pet wood Area...We stopped at Muddy Gap and got mugged by the gas pump
Got to the site at dark...Like darkness could stop us... 5 hounds scouring the hillside in the rain and darkness..HA....
We had a great visit after the rush of the day started to wear off...It was like talking to an old friend.I really enjoyed it....
John didn't mention he was almost accosted by a herd of cows..They had surrounded his truck while he was sleeping....LOL..I only wish I had taken a picture...They looked hungry from where I was...

AS the day was rolling on Brian and me had to get back to visit with family that had also come in from California ...Family reunion
...We said our goodbyes and headed out to home...It was a blast hunting with John...We will have to do it again my friend...
After we got back we ate and rested ..For the next Two days we inducted our brother into rockhounding...Much to the dismay of his wife he is now addicted...Already talking about tumblers and saws he needs to get.LOL...

The last day the family was togeather we went to the Snowy Range in southern Wyoming...It was so nice in the mountains....
