Seems to work, and they are gorgeous. I have been wondering why some show the polyp star, and some don't. Due to how they fossilized, or due to different species of coral?

That is a great question. Often the ones that partially silicified show all polyps. But some richly silicified show. I can not answer that one. I can often tell by the rough skin. Thanks Mark.
