Unfortunately me too. for those in Florida or Georgia it's a smoking hot deal, and seller says he'll move it 125 miles as part of the deal. He is in the easternmost end of FL, just a few miles from Mobile Alabama.
Click on his "other items", he has a genie too. And he will ship it for a c-note.
If I were anywhere local, like within 500-600 miles I would snag those in a heartbeat.

did I mention my finder fee, lol I would not mess around with bidding on that saw. I would click buy it now at that price to lock it in.

Lapidary is not as popular on this side. That was a great deal Chuck. Thanks for flagging it.

My dear sweet husband clicked buy it now in his office while I was debating on what I should do. He came back in and asked me if it had sold, so I refreshed the screen and about cried. Then I looked up at him...and I just knew! So two things...1st Chuck - thank you so much for posting this. I've been wanting a bigger slab saw, just never thought I would get one this soon and for this price Second, for people who have transported such a beast. Can I lay it on it's side in the back of our pickup truck? We have a 6 hour drive with it and I want to make sure we do not damage it. I just worry about not being much help to lift it into and out of the truck if we take it upright. We are going to meet the fella during the Labor day weekend. Ann

CONGRATS!
Stand it up in the back of your pickup and tie it in, it will be fine, make sure the hood is tied shut so the wind can't blow it open and tear it up. You can lay it down if you want but it will ride better standing up. The easiest way to load that is to lift one end and lean it back so two legs are up in the air and it is standing on the back 2 legs, then back the pickup under the 2 lifted legs and then you only have to pick up one end of the saw and slide it into the pickup, so you basically only have to lift half of the weight.
Have fun with it..............Tony

I love it a feloow RTH'er got it. Kudos to Chuck for posting it here. I moved a 24" recently in my toyota tacoma. We used a quad-runner type ramp to get it in and out of the truck. We put straps on all four corners to secure it. I would have been very comfortable moving mine 6 hours. My seller helped offload mine at my home. Maybe yours will too! Sincerely, congratulaions. That is a great price on a great saw. If you need help getting it running, there is a TON of knowledge here on this forum. They are always ready to help fellow rockers.

Ann, you scored big time. As Tony said, it's best to find a way to just roll it in. Definitely strap the lid down. The seller offered to move it 150 miles as part of the deal so he must have a way to get it into his truck. If you only have to transfer from truck to truck at his end it would be easy.
