Can't remember, but I think there was a thread on odd finds, that weren't rocks and the such while rockhounding...Well I found a new spot to hunt rocks on this "HUGE" gravel bar on the Willamette River. Water is the lowest I have seen it in the three years I have lived here...So alot of gravel bars are popping up. On this walk I found a small old hardtop jeep type of trk and this divers flipper...Taking my camera next time-LOL... Any other people find odd things....(Yes I kept the flipper, why I don't know-LOL)

I never remember to photograph the strange things I come across, but I did manage to catch the most startling. Mind you I've lived in the north my entire life so this was a real shock.

Found this old 10 power Bausch & Lomb spotting scope on a hounding trip way back in the 50's. Still works good, and I still use it.
