I like them, but the hard rock seems to wreck the drills fast.
I know where there is a large boulder of great stuff and I am going to try it. I suspect that I will have to keep water on it to keep the drill bit going.
I think that when I hit some of the other places with it where the good stuff is embedded in softer matrix, this is where it will really shine.

Trust me on this Dan. It's a known site (obvious collecting) but not a 'published' site at all. It has a big ground level stone that is like a blue/yellow version of verde antique with the black lines in it.

Here is a sphere of marble from the same field. Not as nice as the underground chunk.
