I love this wrap, I wanted to keep it. Wrapped in gold filled wire. The fossil was from the customer, I have some of these but not as pretty as this one. The photo does not show the true color. The stone is way more yellow/orange. Amy

Beautiful job on a tough one to wrap. You did really well. The wire complements the stone without competing with it.

That does look nice and tight. Might have to try to wrap one myself I picked up about 50 of them.

Thanks everyone. riverrock, it was actually quite easy to wrap. once I got that bottom corner right, it is just basically an upside down cab. The back is domed instead of the front. I did the back the same as the front. Have fun.
