Jim, according to the list, MikeMenzie is next. Send him a PM.
Someone needs to update the list. It's about 3 members out of date.

Sent my mother's address in Oregon where I'm at for a bit. If I'm not here when it gets here she'll do it. She has better rocks than me anyway ;-)

The box got here just in time. My mother and I are going through it. There are some things in it we're not sure why they were included, and there was a lot of empty space in the box, but we're trying to make sure a lot of nice things get put in for folks down the line from here on. Taking some slabs, a few findings, slab displays, selenite, a garnet, and a labradorite chunk. Pictures on the way! :-)

We're putting in some things we've found: Selenite - more solid pieces for shaping, from Nevada. Opalized wood from Opal Wood Hill near McDermitt, NV. One piece of green and one piece of lavender fluorite from near Kaiser Mine in Nevada. Pyrite "pyritohedrons" from the Quartzville Creek area in Oregon. Various slabs - the jasper from Pearl, ID has green opal in it. Banded, silver sheen, colored sheen, and "butterfly" snowflake obsidian slabs. A banded agate "point" my mother made. Oregon sunstones. California HWY 70 serpentine. Cabs my mother made. Thunder eggs. Couple tumbled rocks.

Anytime :-) thank my mother though. ;-) most of it was hers. We just noticed that the the box was partially empty and some of the stuff seemed like peoples' cast offs ;-) no offense to anyone! But we wanted to try and make sure anyone down the line got a good variety of good stuff :-)

I have the box pics ready, but I'm getting a message when I try to attach them. It says the forum has exceeded its something. Nothing is being attached and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

You need to go through a third party such as flickr, photo bucket etc.

Can she get more details on posting pictures please? How exactly does one use a 3rd party to post pictures here?

just get a flickr account and start uploading images. On the right side of the flickr page is a little icon with a page and an arrow pointing up and right. That is the embed icon and it will give her the code for cut and paste. Mike Menzie, Debbie Has the box been mailed on yet? Debbie is that an african house snake in your avatar? Nice pic!
