Hey Megan, I use a Dremel tool with the drill stand attachment. I use a .75 mm diamond drill that I buy from www.lopacki.com for $1.00 each when I buy 25 at a time. Drill with your rock under water with a light touch and a pulsating feed. You want to drill in short bursts and make sure that you keep retracting the drill completely out to let the debris clear. I superglue the rock to a 2 x 2 inch square of ceramic and drill through into the ceramic. That helps from having a rough breakout. I use a release agent to disolve the glue and remove the rock. These tiny drills need to run at pretty high speed, like 15,000 to 20,000 rpm. I have a set of small diamond hand files in different shapes that I also got from Daniel Lopacki that I use to clean and/or dress any holes if needed. You can see a picture of my setup at: andy321.proboards16.com/index.cgi?board=Pictures&action=display&thread=1078068767Once you get the hang of it, it really goes pretty fast. Ron
