I bought a Frantom grinder polisher but cannot find any spec's on the original motor! Does anyone know what the spec's were?

For that size of a shaft better go with 1/3 HP or even 1/2HP is ok. Quarter horse would run it but barely. The main section could easily run 3 diamond wheels and 2 expandos would fit on the left side. I set a HP machine up with the 3 wheels a while back.

What is the secret for replacing wheels and adding more wheels(spacers, flanges, etc) to a machine like this.Just bought one and need to change wheels. I think you basically start tearing it down, but would like to add another wheel and don't understand by looking at it how they tighten up on the wheel, is it pressure alone.Any info will be appreciated.
