Experimental with some local agate and flint, that way I can always get more.
Done 2 runs with Raytech TV5 on coarse grit...now I want to clean them out. Lots of crud in the nooks and crannies. Should I run a cleaning cycle with ivory soap at this point before the next grind at 500? Could take me all night with a toothbrush to clean this at this point. Thoughts? (I also bought Borax tonight with the Ivory soap)

between each clean out I put in a squirt of dawn dish soap and add water then run it for 15-20 minutes before I empty and rinse. Cuts down a whole lot of time in scrubbing. I dont remember who told me to do that but I have been doing it ever since I got the vibe tumbler.

I did the toothrush while watching Star Trek...onto the 700 grit. Couple may get re-tumbles as they could use a little more coarse, but I need the volume to complete the batch. Will be ordering some grit, ceramics, and rough at end of the week.
