One looks like some kind of picture jasper but I have no clue on the other.

The first one is definitely Kona Dolomite, from Michigan. Polishes pretty fair in a jiggle panwith tin oxide but maybe, something like chrome oxide might do better or using diamond wheels 8000 grit and higher b4 poishing might do better. 2nd one is hard to tell - maybe Powell Butte Moss Agate? If you plan to cab the dolomite, tin on felt will bring up a nice shine in my limited expreience.
