This was probably one of the most interesting finds of the summer. I thought I found a potato on the beach. It hit it with some sandpaper when I got home and it turned out to be a favosite. I plan on polishing it when I get a chance.

That's also sometimes called Charlevoix stone. I guess the residents of Charlevoix were jealous of Petoskey, so they named their own rock.
