I wanted to play around a little so I tried some new stuff on this freeform flint ridge cab. I liked this photo - you can see the reflection of the binding wire in the stone at the bottom. thanks for looking Chuck

Great stone, and a great wrap. The close up of the bail is very much appreciated by a newbee like myself.

Nice and neat -- But it looks like a fish, the swirls on the out side are to big, Cut them in half and swirl them in --I think it would look better, I would buy it then. Thanks !!

Putting the swirls to the inside was my original plan but this stone is only about 1/2" wide at the bottom and my swirls were almost touching in the center. This is half hard wire so I am not too sure about trying to change it now. I was really just trying to add the extra accent wire at the bottom as practice since I had never done it before.

Really like the stone, and it's got a great shine. But - having long hair, I can tell you that the swirls at the bottom on the outside would make it hard to wear. I can defnitely see a tangle problem... just my two cents. Otherwise, I love it! You've certainly progressed quickly, Chuck!

Thanks for the constructive comments. I went ahead and tucked the swirls in and I do like it better now. Still looks like a fish though .... Chuck

I liked the first, but have to say your re-work looks even better, and I happen to like fish so there is no problem there.....

nice wrap - both ways. But I agree with Jean that the first one would catch long hair
