No, but I think it would be a good thing to make. If kids are going to poke huge holes in their heads, at least we could help by filling them with beautiful rocks. Of course, then they'd literally have rocks in their heads.
Do you know how to make the indentation around the perimeter? It seems like you'd need a router table. Dremel makes a router table, but the motor is mounted underneath and would get soaked if you were working wet.

I think I saw some thread in the wrapping section where the guy used a router like tool around the cab to lay the wire into...that might work.
