My brother sent me this photo yesterday - I don't know the dimensions of the rock but he said it probably wouldn't fit in the vice of his 18" saw so it's a big sucker. I'm hoping that someone recognizes it - there seems to be four or five distinct agate types all in the same rock.

Wow, Tommy, just wow! That is certainly an enigma. Or maybe a conundrum... How would you orient it for cutting? A real beauty, though.

Unique, beautiful - there's a couple more descriptors for you. I agree with Jim, Tommy's brother just wants directions for best way to parcel it up.

Best way to parcel it up is parcel post to me! Paradigm is 20 cents.

Yeah, there's alot of that going around, Tommy. Unless I get a name written on it when I buy/find it, it suddenly becomes an unknown.

Bring it to Northern WI and I'll slab it for you in exchange for a few of the pieces.

When I was little I hated it when Mom got out the rubber hot water bottle and other enigma equipment! And I dreaded having female clerks wait on me when I went to the drugstore to buy conundrums. But I really like that rock!
