The diamond cups that I have used chip the hell out of things but mine do not have the solid center like yours. Jim

You have mastered getting the perfect amount of grind to show just enough of the skin. Hard to believe you accomplish that with an angle grinder.

It is hard to believe that James gets anything done because it seems like he is doing a hundred things at one time. But by damn he seems to get more done than ten of us put together. Jim

Very obviously, where there is a will there is a way. All your work paid off on that project. It is definitely a beaut!

Very nice. Nice the way you have the cleats on your wheel ground concave like the old timer cabbers did with their SiC wheels.

That diamond wheel is going 3600. The skin on those pebbles runs deep often time. Yes that wheel chips. But i use that to my advantage. Because i want to remove a lot of material fast(look at what that stone started as). Often 50% reduction. As long as it does not FRACTURE. The coral does well on that wheel. Probably shatter many other materials. That concave wear was not by choice Lee. It comes in handy though. I want to slow the system down. So i got a bigger wheel out of China. On Aliexpress. Will try to spin this at about 400-500 RPM. I may solder bridges in between the cleats as Lee so well called them. Or China calls them segments. Check it out, no way OSHA exists in China. This heavy sucker would kill you on a standard 3 HP nine inch grinder. I will gear it down Steroidal diamonds
