I've come across a lot of helpful info just looking around this site so I figured I'd better join up and make it official. As a long time resident of Idaho, I plan to keep working here during the summers but in a few days (unless I get snowed in) I should be on my way south (mainly Arizona) for the winter where the pretty rocks aren't buried under all that unpleasant and unnecessary white stuff like around here. I love the mountains but you can't beat those rocky deserts either.

Welcome to the forum from Montanazona. I spend most of the year in Montana but also go south to visit friends and relations in Arizona. Hope you can make it to Quartzite.

Greetings and felicitations from SoCal. Careful, rocks can be addictive.
