Can anyone hazard an informed guess as to whether the stone in this bracelet (personal collection) is Clay Canyon material? It looks similar to Clay Canyon with the spherical inclusions I've seen in the past but I'd like to be sure.

Thanks 1dave . Gotta' get my eyes checked: that stone looks yellow and green, not blue, to me. I'm looking for a friendly dentist who can supply some mercury/silver amalgam for fillings. I have a slab or 2 of Lucin material with voids between the variscite nodules. When I lived in SLC a rock shop there gave voids in some of their slabs "silver fillings" that really looked great when polished. I'd like to do the same with mine. Yes NRG , it one of my own valued pieces but I didn't make it. Believe it or not, someone sold it to me for the silver value and the stone was a gift!

The yellow orb is crandallite, probably surrounding a blue-gray center of wardite. Gorgeous piece!

Thanks NRG . But I wish there was more information about using it. I had lots of dental work done back in the day and I'll never forget the squeaking sound of the dentist mixing the silver with mercury. It made a strange sound when they packed it into a cavity too. If mercury's required I have no idea where to get small quantities.

If mercury's required I have no idea where to get small quantities. It says "pre mixed". I'm sure usage directions are easily found on YouTube If you can facet a stone. You can fill a slab with amalgam!

It made a strange sound when they packed it into a cavity too. That squeaky, scrunchy sound . . . one of life’s simple pleasures. : )
