Tony - is the black feather plume blue? I thinks that is the stuff I cut last week and posted as "blue slabs".... My oil went to total sh@t after those cuts, totally black. Cheers Andy

Thanks Tom
Hey Andy, It is black and white. Occasionally I do get some blue tints in the white agate part but it is mostly plain black and white. It comes from Wyoming, I got it from the claim owner. My oil looks like india ink now so I am gonna go ahead and cut a few more pieces before I clean it out.

Thanks for the clarification Tony. It looks just like that blue I cut, which may have come from the Barstow area. Same black pattern and same affect on my cutting oil. Cheers.

Great slabs. I've got some of that Black Feather Plume that I have not slabbed yet, I think I'll hold off for now!

The Morrisonite looks pretty good to me. I see lot's of cab potential in there & the Variscite is outstanding.
