I have always used the mk303 6"x.032 blades in my trim saw and am completely happy with the performance but I go through them pretty quick. I would like to know if the MK301 would perform the same and maybe last longer?. The price difference is about $20 so I guess I would like to know that its worth $20 more.
I might even switch from water and rv antifreeze to oil to see if that makes a significant difference.
as always thanks for any advice Chuck

Daniel- I was checking them out and the 6" Mk301 is listed at .025 thick so its actually going to be thinner then the Mk303 blades I have been using. I think I'll probably bite the bullet and give it a try.

I have both in 10" and the 301 is a much better blade. Takes less sharpening and less force to push hard agate by hand. Power feed motor runs cooler. The 301 is a bit louder than the 303. I can't hear the 303 and the 301 sounds like my tile saw. I think it's worth the extra bucks.
