They got prettier and prettier as scrolled. The shine was perfect throughout. Looks like you got your groove on. Tumbling big batches is more problematic for me.
Fifty pounds is a big batch. Looks like you really rounded them in coarse. You can break em smooth. Or break em jagged and pre grind them, or you can tumble them forever. Like 3 choices.

Do you have a monster vibe or are these from the rotary all the way through?

Those are some great rocks. They're very shiny. My favorite is the crazy lace.

What a MEGA batch! Great eye candy...thanks for sharing.
Do you know the source of the black tumble with the fossilized shells? Coincidentally I just stabbed some of this tonight and was curious as to its origins. Thanks in advance.

That is Turritella agate. The snails are goniobasis freshwater snails but the turritella name (another kind of snail) stuck. You can find it online pretty easy, you can collect it in western Wyoming and several other places.

Yep, I like them all , too. I really admire the patience that it takes to tumble a batch.
Thanks for the show!

That's a Mega-Tumble, wow. I, too, like the red-green-orby one. Could that be OJ? Also your turiterlla took a great shine, better than I was able to get on it.
