Nice looking batch, especially the clear pieces of quartz. Great finish.

Great job on those. No fractures. Amazing. I really like the clear one. How long did you run the Rock Shed material? I have some in 60/90 currently in a rotary tumbler. It has been in there for three weeks. I am hoping one more week and it will be done. Must of my tumbles have been beach stones. This is the first real rough stone that I'm running and it seems to be taking forever.

Now that's what I call a liquid shine.

Those Quartz are so cool - no cracks! What a great shine on all of those too. The Jaspelite looks like stuff I pick up at the coast!

There are definitely fractures in my rocks. I think they were all there before I started, but they're no where near perfect. I just don't take pictures of the bad ones!
mibeachrocks - The quartz from the rock shed took a long time. Much longer than three weeks. You should start getting a few pieces out this week, but some just took forever to get the last little cracks out of. I was using a three pound barrel, so you might do better with a larger barrel. Then again, a larger barrel probably increases the risk of fracturing them.
