Recently (about a month ago) someone presented awebsite. That gave me an idea, and a starting-point to do something similar. I don't sell, so a website is simply an introduction with everything in one place. brilliantchallenge.webs.com/Never anticipated just how much of an effort it is to get a few things done. I'm sure, I made mistakes somewhere, so any pointers to them are highly appreciated. Thanks, and have a great weekend, Kurt

Thanks everyone. Was a fun experiment and as the site is free, nothing lost if it does not work. Something like this needs regular updates to become viable, I'm not sure if I'm disciplined enough to create returnees.

write 200 words a day, just what is going thru your head in the world of Kurt. Pictures as often as reasonable. In two years you'll have traffic. Organically. My opinion only.

Congratulations, great start and nice work to share!
I ran a website for 7 years about our little town and really enjoyed it until the smut peddlers decided to take it over. If I could have found them (somewhere in Russia) I would have blasted them. Finally I closed it down, not worth the hassle!

Nice Kurt! I'm one of your biggest fans of your carvings so I can't wait to dig through the site and enjoy the photos of your work. Thanks for posting this :-)
