I try not to venture over to the El Sobrante area very often...too close to the battlefields of N.Richmond - still if the deal was right. The LT-10 is the same saw I have - might be parts I could use.
I bumped the price up to $50 and it still hasn't hit the reserve.
Edit - I just read the original listing and it looks like he wants $650 for it all.

He made a mistake and offered FREE one day shipping. If someone buys it and forces him to ship he has to pay for it or ebay will refund the purchase price, no questions asked. AND now since someone has bid he will not be able to change the shipping options without getting permission from eBay which probably won't happen.
This could get expensive for him if some one really pushes it.
Of course he only has a feedback of 3 so he can just make a new name and start over again, no biggie.

But if he gets the $650 he can afford to ship. I certainly wouldn't bid expecting him to ship though. Only driving distance people should consider this. Send him some questions with a request for a special photo.

Free next day delivery for all of that will be over $1000. If he ships it UPS (3-5 days), USPS (2 to 9 days depending on service used) or something like that it would be $200 ballpark, but it would not be next day delivery. eBay will hold him to it if anyone complains. Hope someone doesn't win and wants him to ship it.

When I had deliveries in Richmond or 7th St. in Oakland I knew it was body armor and will-updating time. Ditto Hunter's Point in San Francisco. That was a long time ago -- hope conditions are improving. Rick

Very sorry to hear that. It seems to be the trend in America these days.
