Does anyone know about this company? It's where the supplies I have now originated from. Shipping seems a little high, but I have no point of referance kingsleynorth.com/lapidary.htmlI am going to need some 80 grit soon and I'm not sure this is the way to go. The place I got my tumbler from just sells kits. cookie

Not so fast Cookie. You can choose your prefered shipper. I've found fedex ground to be the cheapest. I routinely buy from kingsley north. The have a ton of parts, saw, accessories, tumblers, you name it! Great rough too. I just got a ten lb hunk of mex lace agate and it's the best I've seen! Two thumbs up!

It looked like they had a great variety of things. I just assumed straight postal was better. I'll look into it some more. Thats where my Vibe tumbler came from and appearenty the place I bought it from charged me very little over actual cost.
thanks! cookie

I have a vendor account with Kingsleynorth. I am pretty picky and these folks are the best I have found. One other great service, they know what they are doing, and will consult whether it is their product or someone else's. I guess I am a little partial, and loyal but they have earned my respect. The only other vendors I go to for grit are RioGrande, and Indian Jewelers Supply. I have never been disappointed. Definately shop shipping no matte who you deal with. That is just good business.

Thanks all! I have a good feel about them and I'll try them for sure (and check all the shipping options)

Greetings All,
I just received a 20 lb shipment of grit from them and as usual they delivered fast. One way to reduce shipping even more is if you can have the package sent to a commercial address instead of a residential address, from my experience Fedex ground to a commecial address is about the cheapest shipping rates you can find.
Happy tumbling ;D
