Took my five year old grandson Tommy rockhounding with me today..He was interested till he found mud and sand..... The rock hunting was done with him...... I found some agate and petwood,he found more mud and water....LOL Mom and grandma were out for the day,so we got home, threw him in the shower, got fresh clothes on,nobody the wiser...... Tommy told me,grandpa,I had fun.. Thats what counts,he had fun and so did grandpa.......Thumbs up

Uncle Mike - I had fun reading grandson/nephew Tommy's trip report.
Good call on the quick shower - garment change. Grandpa tactics executed to perfection. My bet is he never forgets that or maybe one of the others for forever.

We have eight kids..Nine grandchildren so far..They call me the animated Grandpa',because I let them be kids and a lot of the times I get down to their level and be a kid too. Sometimes it creates trouble, but Grandpa' takes the blame.. Yuppers, the grandkids remember everything... Hummm,so do the adults, especially Grandma'...LMAO

Those kids are lucky for their choice of granddad! haha!

Awesome, that would be grand!
Kidlet is 17. I figure I have to wait 13-15 years to see the birth of a grandkid. Then a few more to get to playing age. Hoping to be spry by then!

mine are 10, 9, 6, a pair of 4 yr olds(cousins - not twins) and the littlest is almost a yr. And then there's a few "adopted" kids.. 6, 2 and one still in the oven. Wonderful fun when you get them one or two at a time but a total nightmare when they are all in my house after dark (can't kick them outside)

Heck my Dad had 21 brothers and sisters...... OK - I gotta ask....how many sets of twins? Or was it multiple marraiges? One woman going through that 21 times would have to be superwoman!
