Send it ALL to the great crater on Mars, set off a chain reaction so it all melts and drops down to the center of the planet and re-heats it into a livable planet again!
Then again, we may need it here on earth to repair the damage done by those that believed in global warming.

The centripetal force at the top keeps it vertical and balances gravity at the bottom. Elevator the waste to the top, then fire it from a big coil gun carefully targeted into the correct crater on Mars. Then Dave's plan lives. Like this but way bigger---------------->
