They like to lay around and they like to run wild. 2 speeds. ON/OFF And they can fly.

That's so good to hear, snuffy! Looks like he found himself a great new home. RRs are very smart, the only downside I see to them is they are prone to getting cold, since they have no undercoat, and only short fur, need a sweater when it gets cold. Is Buddy "fixed" or intact? Unfixed Unaltered males tend to roam more, but I'm willing to bet someone dumped him when they could no longer afford to feed him. He did look a little hungry.
Good thing you live out in the wide open spaces of Texas. Bigger dog, more food = more to pick up, lol. My mom has a Brazilian Fila, 140 lbs., also an 80 lb. pitbull. That's a lot to pick up after...

He's intact Jean.Dont have to pick anything up after him and my Boxer.They go out in the pasture and mark their territory way out there!He stays in the house when its cold. snuffy

Most RR's are picky about where they do their business. If mine smell it they will tippy toe around it and act like it is a dead rat. Premadonnas.
