I am low on silver wire so I have been trying to get some cabs that I think look good in copper wrapped up. Thanks for looking, Chuck

Lookin good Chuck. Just a thought but while I was down in the Phx. are I talked with a gal that cleans and shines her copper and silver with Taco Bell hot sauce. Sounds wierd but the results spoke for themselves. Anyone got and idea what might be in the sause that would do this??

Acid. Copper reacts well to acid. Tomato sauce and pepper sauce is mild acid and will oxidize copper readily. These copper blobs were melted with a plasma cutter and then dipped quickly into full strength Muratic Acid. Very weird colors. They were buffed with cotton wheels impregnated with tripoli to bring out the colors on the high spots. Cool colors though.

Those are all great. I'd say the first one is my favorite, just like the simplicity and colors. You did a good job picking cabs that go with copper.
I wonder if Taco Bell knows about this use of their sauce. Nice inexpensive way to get some cleaner.

I agree, the copper wire was a perfect match for these cabs.
