Cool find. Covington hasn't made that style in a long time! A little sand blasting, some paint, and it'll last another 50 years!

I am looking to buy a new blade for this saw. what's the best blade for the money? or if anybody has a used one with some life left in I would be interested. I have been slabing with it but I don't think the blade is going to last too much longer. Any info would be appreciated.

Nice find! I like the old Covington saws. I have a used blade I could sell you for $75 + shipping. It still cuts good. It is a chinese crimped rim blade but as long as you dress it or cut obsidian with it frequently it will last a good long time.
