I was polishing the end slab of a nice piece of Agate from Agate Creek, Queensland, Australia when it started to look very fishy. Just for a bit of fun I collected a few bits of scrap silver and fabricated this including hook, wire tracer and swivel. Useless as a piece of jewellery but fun anyway.   |

Yeah sure, I will try and rig up some sort of light box as I am having trouble getting close enough without casting my own shadow over it. I tried photographing it in the sun today but nearly cooked, its close to 40 Celsius here and will be in the mid 40s for the rest of the week. I really don't like summer.

Hi there, lovely creation. Why not to be worn? Too long? No problem
Make the end of the hook a little bigger and twist it and it will function as a bail.
Then let the rest of the tackle/lure (?) hang back down. That will half the length and you don't loose any of the intend in the overall image.

Paul, I don't think the framing is the problem. Th picture in the left, especially, looks perfectly framed. The problem is the size of the pictures. If you are using photobucket, it allows you to choose between certain sizes. Adrian PS. You don't like summers because your winters are close to mild summers  If you'd have blizzards, you'd reconsider |

Great vision and craftsmanship. I know a lot of fisherman down here that would wear that or dangle it on their rear view mirror.
