none around here...wallyworld never has any....gun shops are selling only 1 50 round box per visit....someone posted on facebook that the local dicks got some in on saturday morning....dicks has no limit....but sold 10 cases in just under 2 hours...hell...i thought the ammo crunch was over.
i didnt realize i was running low on 22lr's until we went shooting last weekend...i have to buy high velocity or supersonic rounds...or the little mossberg 715t does not always eject properly.
ended up buying 500 rounds of Aguila High Velocity .22 Long Rifle 40gr SP from rareammo for a crazy price of 5.95 per 50 rounds...have never used these before...or paid that much for 22 ammo...yaw got 22lr ammo....kev.

I have plenty  Same thing with stores here in SW Mo. Most other ammo is appearing back on the shelves, but not .22. Hoarders are keeping it bought up and some guys brag about having from 25 to 50 thousand rounds stashed away. At the height of the stupidity, there were guys on gun broker and other places selling a brick of cheap .22 LR for up to $150, and folks were PAYING IT!!!  |

Yeah, I stocked up too. Really tough to find 22 cal around here and what you do find is high market target stuff in standard velocity or off brand crap. Some of my shooters won't work well with anything except CCI mini mags. Horrible price gouging going on too....Mel

I shoot lapua in mine. My Ruger 10/22 is hitting a dime all day long at 50 yards with Lapua Midas +. It's very satisfying to watch a kid hit anything he wants something that was not possible with cheaper off the shelf ammo in the same gun.
Normal price was $10 box. Now it's $18!!

i have to say...cci...is probably the best round out there...it cycles thru my guns 100 percent of the time...no problems...never....it is costly though.
just wanted to say....i figured if the ammo was was hard to come by...i thought the magazines would be also...for the 715T....ya it was...sold out everywhere....i forgot the website....but it listed in real time where they were available....it listed 25 round magazines at bass pro shops...at about a 4 minute posting....i was able to buy 2 more....at a stupid 25 buck a piece price...unreal....but what is one to do...kev.

I'm good. Bought several bricks of good .22's a couple years ago. Got a whole case of 7.62 X .39 at the same time. But need more 12 gage. Especially 00 buck.

My buddy in North Dakota owned a retail store,He always let me know when ammo was going to shoot up on price!
Four years ago,he told me to buy buy buy and I did..Stalked up with most of my ammo for a long time...
