I thought Scott was a young skinny guy. He's old and has a big belly like me!

Thanks for the views of the Q festivities, Brian and Jean! What a swell looking bunch of rockers. Sure wish I could make it south for such, but this is the next best thing.

Wish we could have been there too! Maybe next year. Thanks for the recipe Jean. I not only love eating (it shows!) but enjoy cooking too. That recipe sounds like a good one and comments proved it.

I should point out the version at Q that Jean brought was gluten/wheat free. She knows of my allergy and made it that way for me to enjoy. And I did! WOW!
Did anyone notice they ate gluten free?? Delish is delish!

Scott, I'm glad you had a chance to try some. Wasn't sure if you did or not...

Jean, Thanks for the recipe. I will make it this week for the family. It was so good, I had seconds (was I supposed to keep that a secret?) Lynn

Yes! Big thanks to Tony and Chris. Also to Beef for the goody bags. And to Jim for the raffle prizes. The hill is called "Q Mountain" for obvious reasons.

Hope I can find that El Pato Tomato sauce in Chattaboogie! (lots of Mexican here though, might try one of their little markets).

John, the recipe actually just calls for tomato sauce, but I like the kick the El Pato gives. You could probably just spice up some regular tomato sauce and it would be fine. Jean

Thank you everyone for the pictures. It's great for us who can't reach there to have merely a bit of the fun you did.
Scott, glad to see you in person. Now I know whom to look after at the airport if you decide to visit us here. And why do you keep that mysterious avatar, your real face puts it into shade.

At the end of my raffle I had Diane put all the names back in the can so we could draw for the grand prize. There was a lot of chaos and I think a lot of people do not realize which carving I gave away for the grand prize. Here is a photo. I just want everyone to know that I am trying to "pay forward" for all the help that the people here gave to me. Jim

Adrian Adrian, I like his current avatar better than the one he used in December (ugh!), but I agree, he is a handsome fellow. Maybe we can talk him into using a real photo?
Which one do you like best? 1. My favorite, from N Cady fieldtrip - no sunglasses
2. The smirk
3. Jay Leno look
4. Deer in headlights
These are just quicky photoshop jobs, had to edit someone out first, lol.
