As many of you know One of my duties on my courier route Is to pick up urine samples from TASC. That’s the center where people who are on probation Go to pee in a bottle. Always lots of riff-raff about. I call it piss-patrol Last night out in the dark parking lot, I watched a police office taking pictures of a young ladies face. Apparently she was assaulted. The officer left and this person was just standing there sort of dazed. I asked if she was doing all right? I listened to her story and the gist of it was Her brother assaulted her. So I pull out my box of hearts and let her pick out a healing heart She chose this one Hopefully a rock heart will help heal her & the dysfunctional family relationship edmohs

Ed, an act of simple kindness from a stranger can make a big difference for a person who is at a moment when the world seems a hostile, cold place. You are a gentleman and a scholar. (Mohstly)

Thanks Bill!!
Now that I’m on the other side of life and I got into this rock’n the heart hobby it gives me something heart filled to do along the way as I meet strangers .
I was always fascinated with the Jonny Appleseed tale. Guess I’m trying to institute another legend. Edmohs rock’n hearts.
I’m a bit careful cause the heart shape is such an overused symbol that makes many groan. But a rock heart …. ROCKS.

Good on ya mate! A simple, caring gesture such as that can sometimes have profound effects on someones life. You will probably never know one way or the other, but take pride in knowing that no matter the outcome, the thing you did was indeed ALL good! (and not just MOHStly;-)

Ed, that is such a great gesture on your part. What a nice thing you did for this woman, I'm certain it meant so much to her.
Random acts of kindness shown to complete strangers will come back to you! KARMA...

That was very nice of you. As said before; while you might never know the outcome of your kindness, I truly belief that it pays to pay forward. And if it does not? So what! The very act of unconditional kindness has its own instant rewards.

Ed, this proves you're not just a funny guy but a really good guy. That was a very kind thing to do. There have been times in my own life when a gesture like that would have made a profound difference.

Sounds like a real "Random Act of Kindness"
urd man
I found someones pendant on a silver chain last Saturday in a parking lot at a strip mall. Went into eleven stores before someone recognized it and took it to return to it's owner.
