This is a WW2 tank periscope prism. So the operator can see without getting shoot in the face.

This is the mounting for it. It has one of these prisms in the bottom and one in the top. Govt cost lots $

They were made of super high quality glass. Probably flint glass.

You really do need sunglasses for your photo. Im still seeing spots. Them are better than signal flares.

Surprised how the photo really wants to burn your eyes. Not happening-your safe.

Wow, you got the whole shabangs deserthound. That darn thing probably cost the tax payers $500,000. Looks like you got some low power spotting scopes w/it.
the tank prisms are right angle prisms. For the best color breakdown a perfect triangle prism is the choice.
