I found this piece in a box of end cuts I picked up from an old timer. He did lapidary in the 60's - 70's. This is awesome! ![](http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h83/NMONYX/20140215_131732_zps9319c521.jpg) ![](http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h83/NMONYX/20140215_131623_zps52441d84.jpg) Rock on! Jason

I've had crazy lace agate, leopard skin jasper, and birdseye rhyolite all from Chihuahua, Mexico. I've never seen the place, but there must be areas where lace and orbs collide. Very nice.

Wow! Those colors are unbelievable. That might be the best rock I've ever seen.

What you have there is the most premium material, mostly available back then. One will run up on pieces or slabs nowadays but it's highly uncommon. I would not let that box get out of my sight..........

That one has examples of most of the different patterns and colors that can be found in this material all bunched together. Great job in getting them to snuggle up close! Bob
