So glad to get through February! Tomorrow should hover around 0 Celcius but it's been -10 to -25 for way too long!! Here's my wrap for today - yes it has a few flaws. I will probably redo the wrap on the corner but on another day. I misjudged how much wrap wire I would need and tried to patch it but I don't like how it turned out though I like the effect. I fiddled and diddled with this one too long, but it was a fun challenge. Free-form banded agate with druzy lined vug wrapped in gold-filled wire

Nice agate. I like how you add symmetry to freeform cabs with the wire.

You have experimented with this before and I think you are on to something with the open space. I really like this piece. Jim

Honestly, it looks like a keeper to me. You can easily take off some of those binding wires in the empty corner, if that is what you were referring to. If you left some just on the corner, I think it would work great. I think this came out very well and it was a really good exercise in wrapping weird shapes. Kudos to you.

I really like it. wrapping the odd shapes takes some talent and you make them look great.

I just looked at a few of your recent pieces - nice work. Everything is clean and tight - especially the bails. Inspirational.... I'm sure that means alot coming from a lizard!
