This took a little longer- had to wait for tools and beads. The next one, a maw sit sit- is almost ready now, too. This one really satisfies the Deco in me. The next one Daniel will like because it has texture. This went through a few design changes, but I am happy with the changes. Took some quickie pics. I am very disappointed in how this photographs. None of the color really shows. The big 9-10mm faceted peacock pearls shoot off the same colors as the covellite does. They look like dark fire agate - all bubbly inside. Super cool. Excuse the silver, I didn't clean and polish before the pic and I see it has lots of fingerprints. It has a satin finish and the wire is high polish. I couldn't burnish the bezel on this one. The stone is too delicate. This is a natural with a natural surface. The sides and back have some small voids. There is no pyrite or calcite in this one at all but it does have lots of magenta (which is actually oxidation). The sides come up high at a very sharp angle, so I know the stone is secure- even though I didn't burnish. Is it always necessary to burnish? Thanks for looking. All comments welcome.

Beautiful pendant, perfectly matched to the necklace.

The pendant is stunning and I am equally impressed by that necklace. Nice work and thanks for sharing it with us.

That one has a cool design Tela. The bail is an interesting thing to tinker with. You found a way. Great piece of work.

I love the silver "shield" they play like angels wings on that devilish stone "covellite". The juxtaposition is immense - and gorgeous!

You will love the silver "shield" as it is a play on angel's wings together with that devilish stone "covellite". The juxtaposition is immense - and gorgeous! This one of a kind hand crafted piece of jewelry is certain to sell quickly. The price is delicious at just $249.99 Dang - I wish I could get a job working for Tela writing ad copy.
