That is similar to the Mcdermitt wood over in Oregon Bill. Fine grain replacements.
Interesting how replacements leave there best history just before they are finished replacing.
The dark areas are like pure glassy agate and have little grains to show off.

those are great, a lot look like the colors of Wyoming wood I find, very pretty stuff. I really like your shapes ones though!
