I didn't see any problems , nothing major or any buldging from the barrel.....I burped it, do I need to worry about gas build up any more or just let her roll?

Me personally ... I rarely ever open a barrel until the end of the run. I'd just keep an eye on it and watch for any bulging, burp it if it starts to swell otherwise let it roll. I let my rocks sit in hot tap water and add hot tap water to the barrel before I begin the run if I anticipate any gas problem. A little borax seems to help as well. There is a discussion here about gas build up if your interested ... forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/post/713478/thread

it might be in my head but the little bit of water from the paper towel I cleaned off the seals made some bubbles go away and now that its running I hear a bit more action, I think its good I did open it up its not as muffled now sound wise

Don't worry about foam.
Here's the secret to tumbling:
Let the barrel spin and forget about it.
Recharge every seven or ten and you'll be fine.
It really is a no brainer, there's nothing complicated.

I agree, let it roll, unless you see any bulging.
