I can only hope to get shine like that one day. It's tough to be patient just starting out.

I can only hope to get shine like that one day. It's tough to be patient just starting out. You will get there. My answer to the patience part was to tumble more rock. Now with 36 pounds rolling in stage one each week that allows me to pull 3-4 pounds out each week to go in the vibe tumbler. It costs a lot of money to be impatient though (grit, rock, electricity, equipment), lol. Chuck

Great photos too. Like the lighting. Very neutral and white. Round tumbles and cabs give me glare challenges.

Sweet Montanas! You have the touch, all-right. You got the obsidian to polish with the agates! Great photos.

Great tumbles, the Montanas kept pulling me back. Gotta love 'em.

Interesting mix indeed. The red and green one in your saw scraps really caught my eye. I can see how the Montanas are a favorite of yours, they're sweet. I'd love to get my hands on some in the future.

I like the simplicity of the Brazilian Agate. Great shine on them all though!

Thanks everyone! Interesting mix indeed. The red and green one in your saw scraps really caught my eye. I can see how the Montanas are a favorite of yours, they're sweet. I'd love to get my hands on some in the future. That red and green one is really cool. I wish I knew what it was. I don't remember cabbing any of it but it was in with my scraps for some reason.
