My blade acts warped. Put on new blade. 2nd one. It still is acting warped . Pencil in vice, touch at high place, rotate 180 degrees, touches again. Can see it get farther from pencil at 90 deg. and at 270 deg. Removed shaft. Straight. Bearings are not loose. What else is there. Eliminated shaft, bearings and blade. Unless I have 3 warped blades, 2 new. One from Kingsley North and one from Lopaki. Ken

Over tightening can dish blades. Some low cost Chinese blades don't run true. Does blade lay flat on a flat surface?

Sounds like you're tightening it too much.

If both bell washers are the same profile the blade should not be able to dish by simply squeezing it tight. Mixed faces might allow it to be pinched at different points. Is the shoulder on the shaft worn which might allow the washer to sit one sided? You checked bearings right?

Have the bearings and shaft off the saw and on bench. Put on a third (10") new blade and the same thing. Flange washers are the same size and I do not overtighten. Have hard enough time getting them off if finger tight. lol Got bearings on order, will see. Shaft is not warped. Ken

Oh yeah, blades lay flat and are not dished. Noticed it when it started cutting slabs at an angle. Thick on one end and thin on the other. Ken

Bearing OK? Shaft bent? Cheap blades?
Do you have an old blade lying around that was straight? Put it on and see what happens.
