wow, what a variety on the heart wraps. Bottom row second from the left is hands down my favorite out of this batch.

Tighter loops come with practice and tiny round nose pliers. Good luck.
I agree, my fav is the bottom row, second from left, love it.

And the last three are tommy style wraps my stones. Got to work on making tighter loops. Great batch of wrapped hearts, even if you didn't grind them yourself.
I love the term for the style of wrap on those last three - "Tommy style wraps!" Everyone knows what you mean, it says it all!
I like all of them, but I think I love that last wrapped stone the best. Jean

hello rivrock! lots of cool techniques I've often consider doing a center wire up the middle of the heart its got a certain charm yet the heart by its nature is such a finicky shape the diagonal on tiger iron as lots possibilities I like keep on wrap’n ! Ed

Very nice! Jean's favorite is mine as well - the last graveyard point - that's a really nice contrasting pattern between the dark and the light. I've got one thats similar and I've struggled on how to wrap it - vertically like you've done or horizontally and let dark and light divide from top to bottom.
Glad someone is taking the plunge with me :-) the prongs take practice - my little technique I learned the hard way is to strongly tape the rear binding to the stone so it's not moving around then fold ALL of the prong wires around the edges until they are all sticking up in the air. With that in place I can measure and cut them all the same length before flattening them against the face of the stone and looping the ends.

Nice! I like that square MT - nice piece all around, but they are all nice.
