Nice finds. Soak them in bleach water mix for a couple days.About a cup of bleach to a couple gallons of water. Then scrub them under running water with a soft paint brush. They should clean up real nice. Don't use any kind of acid. They look like calcite geodes, and will dissolve in acid.

The bleach water may clean off at least part of the crust. I have a set of old dental pics that I use to remove stuff after soaking. But with calcite you'd have to be careful not to scratch the crystals.
You may have to soak and scrub them more than once to get them really clean. Patience is needed to clean specimens. One of those dental water picks that you hook up to your sink faucet will help to clean stuff out from deep in the crystal pockets.
